What is your Shipping Policy?
Your piece of art will be shipped upon completion and will be very carefully wrapped and packaged. The utmost care is taken to ensure a safe delivery to your door. Most orders will arrive within 7-10 of your order unless there are custom issues to be addressed. Your shipping cost is determined by your zip code and we strive to keep those cost as affordable as possible while ensuring quality shipping and safe delivery. Most of our packages are shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
As an artist, it is my sincere hope that you will cherish the artwork you purchase from me. To that end, I want you to be happy. I encourage you to be sure about the art you select and make sure it is the right choice for your taste, decore and plan. I am always glad to talk with any client about the art they are going to purchase in order to make sure they make the best choice of artwork, media and size. Because this is artwork and each of my works is a limited edition, returns are only allowed if the art is damaged in shipping. In such a case, please contact us immediately and we can start the process to have the piece returned and replaced. Refunds will only be given if a piece is an original and can not be replaced. Refunds are not offered because of buyers remorse or unforseen changes in the clients choice of work. This is art and as such it is a personal purchase so please take the time you need to be sure of your purchase and reach out to me if you have questions or need help with that choice.
